If an official authority rejects your photo for a size/spec reason within 90 days of purchase, use the redo code shown on your order page for one free redo: upload a new photo (ideally a better one), and a fresh processing run with new download links is generated (old links expire immediately). We keep no original photo copy; the redo follows the same "deleted after download" rule. Redo codes are signed by the system and cannot be forged.

Where to find the codes: your order page shows both; the downloaded ZIP contains OFFICIAL-NOTES.txt with them. Or simply copy any downloaded file's name — it contains all three codes. Or upload any downloaded photo above: the codes are embedded inside every file, so renaming doesn't matter. Keep them: they are the only way to recover, delete or redo without an account.
