Privacy: the hard promises

• No account, no email, no sign-up. We never collect your name, email or phone number. Your anonymous order code is the only key to your photos.
• No AI, no third parties. Your photo is processed by our own code on our own servers and is never sent to any AI service, editing app or third party.
• Deleted after download. Files are destroyed the moment you download them; unpaid orders are purged after 2 hours; nothing is retained for training, ads or sale.
• Self-service control. Your order code lets you recover downloads, get a free redo, or delete everything — any time, without talking to us.

Payment: handled by Paddle

Payments are processed by Paddle, a UK-based Merchant of Record — the same payment processor used by thousands of software companies worldwide. This means:

• Your card details go to Paddle, never to us.
• Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and card payments are all supported.
• You receive an official Paddle receipt for every purchase.
• Refund disputes are handled by Paddle under merchant-of-record rules — we cannot simply keep your money.

Security

• HTTPS everywhere, served through Cloudflare's global network.
• Bot protection on uploads to prevent automated abuse.
• Uploaded photos are processed in isolated temporary folders and never written into any shared location.

Quality: we only deliver compliant results

• Every output is auto-checked against the official US, UK & Canada rules — head height, eye line, background, size — and only compliant results are delivered.
• If your source photo cannot pass (shadows, wrong pose, busy background), we tell you before you pay and show the official rule plus a fix.
• Preview is free; one free redo within 90 days if an authority still rejects on spec grounds.
